What surprising, fascinating stuff can you tell us about the origin, drafting, and/or final version of “Inflating the Chatter”? The poem ‘Inflating the chatter’ sprung up from the snarls of writer’s block. I wrote the piece one morning and the final draft came along in the same afternoon.
