You’ll Never Find Another
“You’ll never find another collection like Lydia Gwyn’s You’ll Never Find Another. These stories are luscious, rich, full of grief and longing, and yet, are lovely rays of hope. With striking images/details of the natural world and the internal world, each piece sings, with language that mesmerizes, making its reader ‘fall into a well of a poem.’ This collection is unforgettable—in Gwyn’s unique and powerful style—one you won’t find anywhere else.”
— Kim Chinquee, author of Snowdog

“Lydia Gwyn’s dream-like observations of the natural world and the people that populate it are as keenly observed and lyrical as it gets. There’s a satisfying sense of nostalgia and intimacy in each of these poetic mini stories that propels the reader into the lush landscape of her unique perspective on birth, death, love, lust, and all the delicate details of the spaces in between.”
— Joan Wilking, author of Mycology

“I read Lydia Gwyn’s collection in swaths of utter quiet to feel the depth of what she sees and hears and worries, line by line; to know the gorgeous pain and joy of being a sister and daughter, a mom, a wife; to share time with this brilliant writer mining the healing, wakeful woods of Tennessee.”
—Pia Z. Ehrhardt, author of Now We Are Sixty
