Author’s Note: These poems were created for a communal art event called The Poeming, in which 50+ writers created found poetry based on works by Stephen King.

She is a freelance writer and the editor of Roanoke Review. In her other life as a children’s book writer, she is coauthor of the young adult novel Dream Boy.
